Something about me:
I am a Unitarian Universalist minister, spiritual director and performing songwriter, with an interest in the intersections of spirituality and creative work. My book "Songwriting as Soul Work: Songs and the Inner Life" (FriesenPress, 2026) offers short contemplative reflections inspired by Jungian and interfaith wisdom. I served for seven years in a mid-sized UU congregation and completed a two-year certification program in Spiritual Direction at the Haden Institute in 2023. I find nourishment for the inner life in many forms of creative expression in addition to meditation practice, dreamwork and 12 Step spirituality.
